To become the manager of any company, you should have an undergraduate degree that ensures the organization that you can perform the job successfully. Sometimes, it is only necessary to have a degree in any field related to the department you will work in. For example, if you work in the finance department, you can be a manager with a finance degree. Otherwise, you can also pursue a Bachelor's in Business Management, which would be ideal for any position and department you want to apply to. 

Apart from that, you might be contemplating the possibility of getting a postgraduate degree such as a Master's in Business Management, which will prepare you with the knowledge and experience required to advance in your career. A Master’s degree is not a requirement; however, it might be useful to expand your knowledge and skills and also boost your resumé and try to find the leadership position you have ever wanted.
